paisley's show was at 10 am on a saturday, we had to be there at 9 and i was a backstage mom so we hung out in a tiny little room with 30 or so tiny little dancers. luckily, we had one of paisley's babies with us for a little entertainment.
the bosanova girls were 3rd up in the program.
she did well! they were all a bit stunned from the bright lights and big stage, but overall it was pretty good. she did keep turning to look at me off stage, but for a 2 year old she was just fine.

jan came and watched and then met us with flowers backstage. i will not even begin to tell you the crazy, ridiculous rules that were backstage or about the 2 women that i almost punched in the faces. it was a super long show{like 4 hours, plus we were there an hour early...you don't keep toddlers in a tiny room for 5 hours with barely any food and one winnie the pooh vhs, not going to work!} and they wouldn't let the little toddlers leave until the end. needless to say, momma bear came out and i got in some faces and pais and i left early, 12:30-pais was starving and ready for nap. ahh! just typing about it fires me up! so glad to be done with dance!
