ridiculous
yesterday i bought gas, a fairly normal thing to do and yet still very devastating. i drive a toyota, not a hummer, not a truck, a toyota car and it cost me the low(and by low i mean ridiculously high) price of $4.30/gallon for the grand total of $70.45 and no i did not top it off. awesome. welcome to san diego:)

If it makes you feel any better, we are at $3.99 here too! It's crazyness! Makes me wish we had a better public transportation system so I didn't have to drive.
It's just not right. It's almost as expensive here in Oregon too. America needs to have a public transportation system like Europe...but alas not going to happen because it's too late and it's not in our culture the way it is theirs....ah if only. In germany you could live far out like us and still catch a bus to a train and have transportation to shopping or work or whatever and not have to pay $70 for gas every week.
You are so pretty! I love your blog. Let's go to the beach sometime! We live in Irvine. If you can afford it- you should come up and have dinner with us sometime! (We don't go anywhere anymore beacause it hurts so much to fill up the car- I feel your pain.)
