at the end of september paisley and i took a quick trip to utah for a wedding. 2 really good friends/old roomie fell in love after knowing each other for years and were getting married in salt lake. i was so excited to find a good flight and to be there for all the celebrations. it was also nice that andrea was flying out for the wedding and we were on the same flight out-so that was fun. we arrived wednesday afternoon and jason picked us up and took us to desiree's house. pais got a nap while i got cleaned up and then we all headed to the friends and family dinner the night before the wedding. it was in the jospeh smith memorial building,a really gorgeous venue and the whole affair was very elegant, i loved it.

although i have done lots with these people i did originally meet all of them doing youth camps-efy and in typical efy fashion, we love a group picture-so here we are! a great group of people!

it was so great that they had a high chair for paisley-she did pretty well, for a fancy dinner. and of course it wouldn't be right without a me, roosk and andrea picture. we are friends forever.

thursday was a gorgeous (maybe a tid windy) slc day and i LOVED their sealing. it was special and a great reminder to me. kevin and natalie are so great, and a perfect couple-i am so happy for them.

it was funny when the photographer would ask for the people with the groom, i stayed- i knew kevin first, since i was 19 or so. and then when they asked for people with the bride, i stayed too-i have known nat for a while and even lived together in provo for a bit. the whole gang.

the reception that night was in bountiful-where they are both from at another gorgeous venue-it was outside and inside and really lovely how it was set up. it was great to see more friends and show off my cute paisley.

thank goodness i had chuck and desiree to help with paisley! it is not easy traveling alone and they way helped out-love them! here is a cute nephew of kevin's that passed out chocolate-so sweet.

the first dance was so sweet, they danced to one of my favorites "feels like home." i was sad and missing chris, but loving how much they love each other and how much it shows.

this is what happens when you blog 2 months after an event-you forget. so i totally can't remember what they were looking for here-might have been his ring?? not sure, but it was a wonderful wedding celebration and well worth the trip.

friday i was lucky to see some more of my friends. michelle, came up with her new little bundle kash from orem for the afternoon. i loved getting to hold such a sweet little baby and getting to see shell and spencer was wonderful too. i wish they lived closer! i miss her.

friday night some other good friends came up from the provo area-it was great. i love socializing with my friends-we don't have too many friends in sd yet and i so miss just going out to dinner and watching reality tv with my friends!

saturday my wonderful awesome cousins-megan and nici hung out with pais and i and took us to the airport. it was a quick trip(no time for my utah shopping) but we saw a lot of friends and had a grea time:) now everyone needs to come visit san diego!
