so we finally got paisley's bed moved in and set up and as you can see from the above pictures she was not too keen on leaving the crib. she did sleep for a few nights and a few naps in her bed and did just fine. she acted like she was still in her crib and if she needed a drink or to go to potty she stayed on her bed and called for us.
with the business of summer, i was pretty lenient with her and before i knew it she was only sleeping in her crib. which is where we are now, she is the only toddler i know who chooses her crib over her bed. we are going on a trip next week and when we get back the crib is going to be gone. hopefully that will make the move easier for her. i am tired of waking up to get her a drink of water, i want her in her big girl bed with water on her nightstand because she has been so thirsty in the night lately. plus, i am ready to decorate and make her room more done, but i can't do that with a crib and i bed in there.
